LA ZAGARA
This sophisticated restaurant, located in the main building, overlooks the sea, the pool and the gardens and offers a la carte dinner menu.
Specialities: Fine Mediterranean cuisine with Italian influences, prepared with the freshest local ingredients.
Hours: 7.30 pm (7.00 pm in winter) - 10.30 pm

LIOLÀ
A Trattoria with a Sicilian flavour, with beautiful cliff top views of the sea. This is the ideal place for an informal meal.
Specialities: Sicilian dishes, from starters to main courses.

AMARE
This beach restaurant features outdoor seating overlooking the sea and offers a variety of tasty dishes
Specialities: A selection of antipasti, salads, pasta, fish and meet barbecues and focacce baked in a wooden oven.

12.30pm – 15.30 pm
19.30 pm – 22.30 pm

Location: On the beach. The restaurant has an outside terrace.
DRESS CODE
Please note a smart casual dress code applies at all our restaurants in the evenings, where gentlemen are requested to wear trousers and shirts. Shorts, men’s sleeveless shirts and flip flops are not permitted in the restaurants during dinner
