The choice by leading hotelier Sir Rocco Forte to entrust the master plan of the resort to golf course architect, Kyle Phillips ensured that the end result would attain the highest objectives – a harmonious use of the exceptional estate so that the golf experience would be of global quality.

Philips was honoured to be entrusted with this unique opportunity of working closely with Sir Rocco to set new standards for a links experience in a warmer climate than the traditional British coastal courses.
