The Verdura Spa focuses on three main programmes, each with their specific diets, activities and treatments, all designed to maximise health and achieve results. The programmes have been designed by leading nutritionist, Amelia Freer and our Spa and Fitness team experts. All programmes can be tailor-made to concentrate on specific elements of concern:

CLEANSING – RAW FOOD (recommended 6 nights, 5 days)
For those who are seriously dedicated to fully restoring optimum health, this raw food programme provides the ultimate detox and weight loss.

DETOX AND ENERGISING (recommended 8 nights, 7 days)
This program will cleanse your liver, improve your digestion and restore the equilibrium of your body’s natural processes, with the added benefit of weight loss and increased energy.

FITNESS, MUSCLE-BUILDING AND TONING (recommended 6 nights, 5 days)   
This programme is specifically aimed at improving fitness, stamina, muscle building, fat burning and energy levels.

All programmes are all-inclusive and can be lengthened or shortened as required.
