But if you want to fully unwind, we suggest you treat yourself to our three-night Spa break  for top-to-toe pampering and fine Italian cuisine. It includes a selection of luxury treatments at the resort's new destination spa - from a head massage to a facial or body scrub - as well as dinner each night at the restaurant of your choice. Choose from à la carte Mediterranean cuisine at La Zagara and Sicilian specialities at the clifftop Liolà. Then you can work off any calories on the tennis court or in the gym, or simply relax by the pool.

Our week-long Spa Escape package has been created to leave guests feeling recharged and rejuvenated, using fresh, seasonal ingredients in the kitchen and natural Sicilian products in the spa. Over the course of seven days, you will be able to unwind with a range of luxury treatments - from a facial and head massage to body massages and scrub - and taste delicious Mediterranean specialities served by our chefs at La Zagara and Liolà restaurants. Then tone up in the gym, explore the coast by bicycle, or simply relax in the swimming pool.

This is an adaptable fitness programme aimed at those wishing to improve or enhance their fitness potential, redefine and tone their body shape and learn new skills. This programme provides a personalised training schedule with foods and nutrients specifically aimed at improving stamina, muscle building, fat burning and energy levels. Blood sugar management remains key to sustainable fitness performance, and protein shakes and electrolyte replacement drinks complement the meal plan.

A combination of sculpting and firming  massages combined with a healthy low-calorie diet, cardio exercise and personalised kinesis weight training sessions will reduce body fat and tone muscles enabling a higher degree of ongoing fat-burn and improved flexibility, stability and balance.

The "Fight for Fitness package" is based on a 3 night programme, which will be enhanced by an additional massage and training session for every extra night.
